Oh Yes!!! Alabama!! Remember? When you could turn on any country radio station, and there would be a " Alabama" song playing... What's when country music was pure country... You delivered this song' with tons of emotions....and not just anyone can do that.... I'm glad I caught this.... Just browsing your songs..... you have that " Pure Country Voice"...... You bring song alive, and I can fell and hear the emotions.... Ole' Vern..... I've always adored him, had the honors of meeting twice..... the last time' I had lunch with him at Fan Fair 98'...he came up behind me' and said " Get this line moving!"..............I turned and there he was...He sit down with me and we talked and talked.... I told him that I meant him one in Willie Nelson Hometown" Abbott, Texas.... He was such a gentle soul...and being missed dearly... I love his songwriting.. and his singing....
