I have fallen
I’ve been blown away
Spiraling out of control
For most of the way
I keep drifting
Just can’t find the way
Aimlessly floating around
Day after day
And after the sun goes down
Under these big tall trees
I know I will always be
Like all of these
Scattered Leaves
Torn and tattered
Broken again
None of it ever mattered
In the eyes of a friend
We’re all getting older
Father time is at the door
The winters are harder to handel
Than ever before
And as early dawn light breaks
We’re blessed with a gentle breeze
And we know we'll will always be
Just like all of these
Scattered Leaves
If you fail to find yourself
When you’re lost and all alone
If you need a place to be
Stay right here with all of these
Scattered Leaves
I’ll keep drifting
Where this wind blows
I ‘ve had no regrets in my life
None that I’ve known
I have fallen
I've been blown away
Spiraling out of control
For most of the way
And after the sun goes down
Under these big tall trees
I know I'll always be
Just like all of these
Scattered Leaves
If you fail to find yourself
When you’re lost and all alone
If you need a place to be
Stay right here with all of these
Scattered Leaves
