ONCE UPON A TIME...
...well, in reality, let's say sometime around 2019 thru 2021, there was this Global Pandemic which caused The Modern World to, well, 'turn a corner'. Naturally, this Global Pandemic hit us MEDICALLY, ECONOMICALLY, and yes, even SOCIALLY...and that also included "The Dating Scene".
The lyrics comically refer to "Love, Sex And Romance In the Age Of Lock-Down", in which The Face Mask has become the latest accessory. As for the music: The original backing track IS "Butt-Weight (There's More!)" from the 2022 Lawrence Wise Album "58" (SG-476609), but O.D. The Great augmented it with some "A KINTERTAINMENT Thang groovement". This caused me to change to TITLE of the whole thing from simply a vocal version of "Butt-Weight (There's More!)", to the more topical "A Social Distance (I Can't Keep No 6-Feet Away From You)", and simplified it as "Can't Keep 6-Feet Away From You".
And, whether we like it or not, this is STILL something which we, The Modern World, have to live with.
Yes, the world 'turned a corner'...
