Story behind the song
In the ongoing storyline of THE DAILY DOSE OF FUNK vs. THE EVIL RADIO BITCH (and believe me, this is becoming a full-fledged Canon), there's a 'Super Villian' called Minister De Soul (a creation of GothaDelic himself, Jeff Lilland--good work bro!). His job is to keep The DDoF's TERRORIST (created by ME, 'natch!) from stopping the Evil Radio Bitch from taking over.
Well, De Soul's evil influence is SO VAST, that even the great Saint Nick becomes evil. Of Course, The DAILY DOSE OF FUNK ain't having THAT!
This song was whipped up really quick only 3 hours prior to this upload, using "BLASTED" by White Mike Productions (thanx dude; this is WHY Soundclick is the bomb--we collaborate as musicians-to-musicians!) as the backing track. It was a simple '3-verse' instrumental, so, the vocals and lyrics came easy.
The same 'lyrics/idea' was meant for the Lawrence Wise And The Cosmic Funk Orchestra track "MERRY TWISTEDMAS!", but since that sounds just fine as an instrumental, I left it as such.
As for GothaDelic, I used a sample of his MINISTER De SOUL 'speech' for the intro, threw in a lyric-bridge of my own, then went onto the poem.
The result: My 3rd Holiday track of 2007, my 2nd as OSMOSIS, and the latest installment in this amazing storyline.

About 2 months ago, I extended "EVIL CLAUZ" by close to 40 seconds (via some very smart editing), thereby creating this new 'Album-Legnth Version'. Don't fret--the 'Single' is still posted on a couple of other pages (www.MySpace.com/CosmicFunkOSMOSIS), but this will be the new bigger jam. (More 'Magnum', as it is--heh heh!)
