Genres aren't about "tastes" or preferance bro, they follow a criteria.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doom_metal
Doom metal is an extreme subgenre of heavy metal music that typically uses slower tempos, low-tuned guitars and a much "thicker" or "heavier" sound than other heavy metal genres.[5] Both the music and the lyrics intend to evoke a sense of despair, dread, and impending doom.[6] The genre is strongly influenced by the early work of Black Sabbath,[6] who formed a prototype for doom metal. During the first half of the 1980s,[6] a number of bands such as Witchfinder General from England, American bands Pentagram, Saint Vitus, the Obsessed, Trouble, and Cirith Ungol, and Swedish band Candlemass defined doom metal as a distinct genre.

You sir, are incorrect.
Learn your genres, at the end of the day. You chose to apply your track a category to which it does not belong in.

Song: Rust and Snow
Well, it kind of comes down to personal tastes, doesn't it. I heard your song in this charts. I happen to prefer mine. As I imagine you happen to prefer yours. Doesn't make either one of us wrong. We're both right, or we wouldn't be in that chart, because no one would play it. We're both in that chart. Because people play it.
At best, your track is a "Rock" Song.. or should i post the definition to that as well seeing your don't seem to understand how it works?
